Good News from Yahoo! and Ebay

Since yesterday every news agency reports about the recent announced business partnership between Yahoo! and Ebay. Legitimate moves such as this one will definitely help consolidate the transparency of the internet, ending up with a higher user experience and satisfaction (ya know). Google people seem to agree on this, in spite of potentially loosing some business to competition.

How nice to feel an academical breeze in this arena. Monopolies? Crap loaded licenses, per server and per user seats? Fuggetaboutit!
